Job Title: Delivery Transport Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join our team at DHL Germany. As a key member of our transport department, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage timed store deliveries and trunks, highlighting any issues to the Transport Controller.
  • Manage the front desk, briefing and debriefing drivers' runs, and issuing required paperwork.
  • Ensure all required vehicles are available throughout the day and address any reported defects immediately.
  • Maintain service schedules to ensure all O license commitments are met.
Requirements:
  • Experience within a transport operation is desirable.
  • Previous experience of data input and admin duties.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
