Business Development Manager - Roofing Supplies Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our roofing product range across our 3 main branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including large distributors and small roofing contractors
  • Provide technical solutions to customers and ensure they have the necessary knowledge to sell our products
  • Work closely with Branch Managers to support their efforts to double turnover within the next 3-5 years
  • Travel extensively across the region to ensure customers and branches are receiving the support they need

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the merchant sector and ability to provide technical solutions to customers
  • Confidence in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other sales tools
  • Ability to analyse sales data to ensure continued growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
