  • Ensure quality, compliance, and business performance are met through regular audits and effective action plans.
  • Lead and develop your team to provide sustainable quality services that meet the needs of the people we support.
  • Manage the quality, compliance, rota, and financial requirements of the services for which you are responsible.
About You
  • You will have experience in the care sector and excellent computer skills with attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • You will be highly customer-focused, a strong team player, and data and process-driven.
  • You will be tenacious and diligent with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
