This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors, enhancing operational efficiency and employee happiness.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors.
- Maintaining emergency kits and conducting routine checks to ensure all entry points are secure.
- Overseeing recycling programs and ensuring compliance with waste disposal regulations.
- Proposing and implementing environmentally friendly practices within the office.
- Maintaining first aid supplies, conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Managing audiovisual equipment, data security protocols and coordinating wellness programs.
- Assisting in planning and organizing social events or team-building activities.
- Supporting employee recognition efforts and maintaining related records.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also:
- Gather feedback from employees and visitors to improve service delivery.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all reception and facilities tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Represent the organization positively in community events or initiatives.
