About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors, enhancing operational efficiency and employee happiness.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors.
  • Maintaining emergency kits and conducting routine checks to ensure all entry points are secure.
  • Overseeing recycling programs and ensuring compliance with waste disposal regulations.
  • Proposing and implementing environmentally friendly practices within the office.
  • Maintaining first aid supplies, conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Managing audiovisual equipment, data security protocols and coordinating wellness programs.
  • Assisting in planning and organizing social events or team-building activities.
  • Supporting employee recognition efforts and maintaining related records.
Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also:

  • Gather feedback from employees and visitors to improve service delivery.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all reception and facilities tasks.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Represent the organization positively in community events or initiatives.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearBenefits
