About Black Fox Solutions

We are a leading provider of innovative solutions in the utilities industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Bulk Planner to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning delivery schedules, identifying issues, and providing problem-solving solutions. They will also manage orders in line with customer demands, monitor failed deliveries, and ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan delivery schedules to meet customer demands and optimize logistics operations.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact delivery schedules or customer satisfaction.
  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor failed deliveries and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage driver rotas and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Carry out trip reconciliation to ensure accurate tracking of deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Deal with customer queries and place orders in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a Logistics/Transport role, preferably in the utilities industry.
  • Knowledge of Transport and Working Time Directive Regulations.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
