Job Summary

The Bulk Planner will be responsible for planning delivery schedules, identifying issues, and providing problem-solving solutions. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Schedule Planning

Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Issue Identification and Resolution

Identify and resolve issues related to delivery schedules, customer data, and driver rotas.

Customer Data Management

Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data, including contact information and order history.

Driver Rota Management

Manage driver rotas and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce costs.

Trip Reconciliation

Reconcile trip data to ensure accurate tracking of deliveries and customer interactions.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Customer Query Resolution

Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of transport and working time directive regulations, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

Degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, transportation, or business administration.
