Role Overview:

The Royal Lancaster London is seeking a skilled Casual Food Waiter to join our Food and Beverage Department on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a consistently high standard of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment, and maintaining the buffet (when applicable), following departmental standards.
  • Closely monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure a consistently high standard.
  • Ensure all service stations are fully stocked for each service period, taking special care in maintaining all stations and bars cleanliness and reporting any damage when it occurs.
  • Report any compliments/complaints immediately to Supervisor or Manager.
  • Deal with payment according to our policies and procedures.
