About Sam's Riverside

Sam's Riverside restaurant, situated in Hammersmith, offers an unparalleled dining experience, boasting stunning views of Hammersmith Bridge and the Thames. With a capacity for 150 guests, our restaurant features a spacious bar, private dining area, and picturesque riverside terrace.

Your Role

  • A dedicated and experienced server, skilled in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet demanding service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our ordering system to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to our high culinary standards, paying attention to presentation and garnishes.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings, making informed recommendations to customers and suggesting wine pairings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Familiarity with classic cocktails and craft spirits.
  • 'Can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
