Teaching Assistant Vacancy - Tradewind Recruitment
Job DescriptionIn this Teaching Assistant role, you will be responsible for supporting teaching staff, contributing to a positive learning environment, and providing individualized support to students.
Main Tasks:
- Collaborate with teachers in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Offer tailored assistance to students requiring additional support
- Help maintain a conducive learning environment
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area (Science, Maths, English, etc.)
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners' academic progress
Working Arrangements: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:00, contract duration until the end of the academic year (with potential for extension)
Compensation Details: Daily starting rate of £90, approximately £28,400 annually based on 190 working days
