About the Role

This SEND Teaching Assistant position offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a member of our team, you will be part of a dedicated and experienced support staff who work closely with teachers to create a tailored learning environment for each student.

What You'll Do:

  • Support students with their educational needs, providing individualized assistance to help them access the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teaching staff to ensure a seamless support service.
