We are currently looking for a talented Field Sales and Merchandising Expert to join our team at Booker Group. As a key member of our Retail Merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are always stocked with the right products and presented in an appealing way.

You will work closely with our Regional Development teams to create and implement effective merchandising plans, which will involve working with retailers and store teams to ensure that they are following best practice in terms of merchandising and sales techniques.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike. You will also need to have experience in a similar Merchandising role, and knowledge of Epos, Green Tickets, Buying and Delivering Schedules would be advantageous.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a generous salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of between £6K - £9K if offered. We also provide a range of benefits, including a Booker colleague card with 10% off purchases at Booker and double discount events up to three times a year.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Work with Regional Development teams to create and implement effective merchandising plans.\
  3. Create and place retailer's orders to deliver stock availability during merchandising programs.\
  4. Install required store imagery and POS for the brand in accordance to the latest promotions.\
  5. Work with retailers and store teams in all aspects of merchandising best practice.\
  6. Ensure sustainability of policies, processes and procedures ensure the site is HSL at all times.\
  7. Contribute to category initiatives for the region.\
  8. Manage any additional resources such as agency should the store require additional resources outside of Booker.\
