We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Samsic UK. As a Cover Cleaner, you will provide support to our facilities across the Cambridge area, ensuring our buildings are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any issues or needs for repairs.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as required.
- Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs as necessary.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Cooperate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic.
- High school degree.
Working Conditions:
You will be required to provide your own transportation to sites and work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will be paid £22 per hour.
