  • Develop and implement activity programs that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity, in line with our care home's values and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless integration of activities into the daily routine, enhancing the overall resident experience.
  • Manage rotas, work allocation, team budget, and resident records, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the activities department.
  • Support the organization of fundraising events, galas, and themed care home events, promoting community engagement and resident participation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering engaging activities and events.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of our residents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
