Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
- Lead a team of Activity Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of activities.
- Manage rotas, work allocation, team budgets, and resident records to ensure efficient operation.
- Support the organization of fundraising events, galas, and themed care home events.
