About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to our service user, promoting his independence and empowering him to live his life the way he chooses. This will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide verbal prompts for personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Support the individual to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Encourage and support the individual to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the individual, their family, and other professionals involved in their care.
