Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clients and customers with a professional estate agency service, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Register and book valuations to the company's set standards, giving the Valuer the best opportunity to obtain the business.
  • Contact Vendors after instruction to learn details about the property and gain an understanding of client expectations and requirements.
  • Ensure all required information is discussed with the Vendor regarding their onwards search and assist with it if possible.
  • Regular contact, including prompt viewing feedback within 24 hours of the viewing appointment.
  • Introduce Vendors to recommended Solicitors and associated Financial Services.
  • Provide clients with the highest possible standard of service, achieving the best price for their property in the market condition in the best possible timescale.
  • Negotiate on behalf of the Vendor if required on their onwards purchase.
  • Keep clients regularly informed as to the status of their sale.
  • Efficiently expedite and communicate throughout the sales process from acceptance of offer to exchange of contracts.
  • Facilitate the completion of the sale with a smooth handover of the property.
Requirements
  • Maturity, responsibility, and reliability; self-motivation, integrity, enthusiasm, patience, and tact.
  • Well-organized, a good time manager with an ability to think ahead.
  • Confident, articulate, and effective presenter, with persuasive and manipulative skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and telephonic.
  • Willingness to learn and confidence to ask questions if something is not clear.
Working Hours

You will be employed to work Full Time, with an average working week of 37.5 hours. You will normally work between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm, with every third Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
