Diabetes Care Expertise Lead Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Diabetes Care Expertise Lead to join our team at Chemistree Solutions Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in improving patient outcomes and driving best practice in diabetes care.

Your expertise will be utilised to educate and support healthcare professionals in primary care settings, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care to patients with diabetes. You will work closely with the NHS to develop and implement effective treatment pathways, leveraging your extensive knowledge of national guidelines and standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to shaping the future of diabetes care. We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including company car or car allowance, bonus, NMC/RCN fees, pension scheme, and private health insurance.
