Security Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV footage and report any incidents in store
  • Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety guidelines
  • Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud, and theft
  • Work alongside our Store Management Team to meet loss prevention objectives

As a Security Officer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:
  • Ability to follow instructions and stay calm in pressured situations
