This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to develop and drive the digital marketing strategy, optimising brand awareness and trial, online UX, and customer targeting to deliver lead generation and e-commerce sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including digital mid-term business plans.
- Market Contact: Maximize awareness and engagement online through multi-channel brand and tactical campaigns.
- Conversion: Develop and manage online platforms to achieve commercial targets, including website UX and online journey.
- R.O.I: Measure and report on digital marketing return on investment.
- Create digital marketing strategic plans, supported by manager.
- Plan and execute multi-channel brand and tactical campaigns to achieve lead generation targets.
- Manage and develop the company website (UX and online journey).
- Manage and develop the e-commerce platform (in line with European standards) to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and further develop CRM systems and marketing automation capabilities.
- Optimize the potential from social media presence.
- Optimize awareness and engagement from online internal communications.
- Develop and implement a calendar of content, including campaigns, social media, and mobile app.
- Identify new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Measure and report on performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct any other duties as requested within the scope of your knowledge, skills, and ability.
- Digital marketing strategy approved.
- Targeted online sales.

- Graduate calibre with appropriate marketing qualifications.
- Experience in marketing automation and CRM (Hubspot experience an advantage).
- Strong CMS experience and management of company website.
- Social media native with experience in managing and developing corporate platforms.
- IT skills (Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external parties at all levels.
- An independent operator, able to use initiative, predict, and solve problems.
- Organized with a high level of attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
