We are seeking a skilled Contact Centre Supervisor to join our team at Swan Family Centres Limited. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising family time between children and their birth families at our contact centres on weekends.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for observing and supervising contact between children, young persons, and parents, including other family members, and identifying and managing risks to safeguard children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and supervising family time at our contact centres on weekends.
  • Observing and supervising contact between children, young persons, and parents, including other family members.
  • Identifying and managing risks to safeguard children.
  • Completing detailed recordings of observations and liaising with social workers as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in children and young people workforce or related fields.
  • A current DBS for working with adults and children.

Desirable Requirements:

  • A driving licence and access to a car.
