We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join the Wayman Learning Trust team in Barnet, North London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed individual to make a positive impact on the educational journey of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
