As a Multimedia Equipment Specialist at our global audio visual integrator, you will play a key role in providing technical support for AV and VC equipment onsite. This position is perfect for someone who wants to work with the latest technology and be part of a dynamic team.

About the Job
  • Ensure all associated activities that comprise the AV service are delivered seamlessly and with maximum efficiency, including ad-hoc requests.
  • Assisting users with VC meetings and requests, being point of call for all VC related assistance/queries.
  • Escalate faults to centralised break-fix function as required and track.

You will have the opportunity to carry out daily RFB checks of all AV systems and associated areas, ensuring AV equipment software / firmware updates are implemented under change control processes. Additionally, you will manage asset schedules, manufacturers training and production of reports, such as call logs, open tickets, critical spares, repairs and recommendations.

This role involves working closely with client IT & FM teams to agree daily tasks and activities, aiming to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Point of escalation through to the account manager.
  2. Carry out daily RFB (Ready for Business) checks of all AV systems and associated areas.
  3. Practical knowledge of project deployment.
  4. Liaise with client IT & FM teams to agree daily tasks and activities.

Salary Information: Up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
