Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our clinical therapies administration team at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. As an integral member of our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and contributing to the delivery of excellent patient care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve providing administrative support to the clinical therapies team, including typing, filing, and data entry, as well as ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information and records.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the clinical therapies team
- Process patient information and records accurately and efficiently
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a healthcare setting. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A good awareness of medical terminology is essential, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
