Social Impact Coordinator - Permanent OpportunityDivision: Civil Engineering
Location: Northern Ireland

At GRAHAM, we are seeking a dedicated Social Impact Coordinator to join our Civil Engineering division. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of project-based social value initiatives, building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring and reporting on social value activities.
The ideal candidate will be required to travel regularly between relevant projects and be flexible to occasionally attend events outside normal hours. A full driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Social Impact Manager in the research, design, delivery, and reporting of social impact on multiple projects in NI.
- Work collaboratively with our project team(s), clients, and key local stakeholders to ensure that our community activities and strategies are relevant, maximise positive impact, and meet contractual expectations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice through research and engagement with internal and external specialists, forums, and/or steering groups.
