Dispute Resolution Services is among the UK's premier and rapidly expanding mediation providers, facilitating the amicable resolution of conflicts. Our offerings encompass Family, Civil and Commercial, Workplace, and Community mediation.

Your primary responsibility will be Family Mediation; this role presents an exciting opportunity within a mid-sized, welcoming organization that has been delivering a variety of mediation services across the United Kingdom for nearly 15 years.

We have a well-structured scheduling system for mediation, ensuring that all arrangements are handled for you; your main task is to be available and ready to mediate for individuals seeking assistance.

All meetings are conducted via Zoom/Teams; however, you may opt for face-to-face interactions if that is your preference.

What are we seeking?

Requirements:

  • Accreditation by the Family Mediation Council (FMC)

  • Provide exceptional family mediation and conflict resolution sessions.
