  • Manage Social Media Team: Lead and motivate a team of social media executives/assistants to ensure the successful execution of social media campaigns.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Community Management: Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and campaign strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a social media leadership role, with a track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
