About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Apple Grove Residential Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals to develop independence and personal skills
  • Transporting individuals to community activities and events
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and home maintenance
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a residential setting
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driving license (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS check (desirable)
