About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting autistic adults in a residential setting. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals, while also providing emotional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and transport individuals to integrate into their community
  • Help individuals develop home-making skills and personal chores
  • Transform lives and achieve results for autistic adults

Requirements

  • Resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people
  • Passion, patience, and commitment to supporting individuals with autism
  • Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred
