Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and driven Associate / Project Director in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management with an office development focus. You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend. You will:

  • Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leading inclusively to leverage the variety of perspectives, insights and knowledge of our people.
  • Identify, coach and mentor talent to realise their potential and celebrate the success of others.
  • Drive a 'One Business' culture.
  • Achieve great outcomes by striking the right balance for our people, clients, shareholders and society.
  • Have a detailed understanding of the market, acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunity.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP space.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
  • Experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clients.
  • Knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below).
  • Utilising digital software for delivery of cost management services.
  • Commercially astute with good negotiation skills.
