Job Title: Home Management Consultant

Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum

Panoramic Associates is currently supporting our client, a leading healthcare provider in Oxfordshire, who is seeking an experienced Home Management Consultant to provide expert advice on the management of their homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on home management, improving staff culture, reducing agency usage, increasing occupancy, and day-to-day management of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on home management, including supervising staff and managing budgets
  • Improve staff culture by implementing effective recruitment strategies and training programs
  • Reduce agency usage by negotiating contracts with suppliers

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of home management, and experience in providing expert advice. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience in home management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in providing expert advice on home management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
