About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Assistant Employment Advisor. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our participants to find and sustain employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to participants in their job search and identify opportunities for self-development.
  • Organize and conduct job-club activities, either one-on-one or in groups, to help with CVs and job applications.
  • Work closely with Employment Advisors to deliver a positive experience to new customers and identify potential barriers to employment.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of the local labour market and ability to deliver services to meet contractual and quality standards.
  • Fully IT literate in using Microsoft Office programmes and experience of working in a target-driven environment.
  • Desirable skills include knowledge of the employability industry, experience of working with people in the provision of information, advice, and guidance, and a full driving licence.
