We are seeking a seasoned Development Director to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that drives growth and sustainability for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to set annual fundraising and marketing goals
- Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to secure financial support from individuals, foundations, government resources, and corporations
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors and stakeholders
- Oversee the development and implementation of fundraising events and campaigns
- Assist with Board Development Committee and engage Board members in fundraising and special events
- Provide regular development reports to the Executive Director and Board
A bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution is required, with a Certificate in fundraising management being a plus. Five years of development experience, including experience with fundraising software and familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting, is also required.
