Job Details

This full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role is long-term, starting from December ongoing, with the possibility of a permanent vacancy for the right person. The successful candidate will work in a 'Good with Outstanding Features' SEND school, supporting children and young people aged 2-19.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting teaching and learning in Key Stage 1, 2, 3 or 4
  2. Leading small group and 1:1 interventions
  3. Assisting pupils with individual needs, including personal care
  4. Behaviour management and supporting pupil progress
  5. Liaising with staff and parents
