Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing governance frameworks to ensure risks and compliance matters are identified and escalated appropriately.

Key responsibilities include guiding stakeholders through regulatory requirements, overseeing risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation processes, and maintaining a central repository of regulations and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in governance, risk, and compliance, ideally in industries such as SaaS, technology, telecommunications or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, PECR, HIPAA, PCI, SOC2, NIST, DORA, ISO27001), with experience in implementation and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
