About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Team Administrator to join our team at Catton Ward, a male Medium Secure inpatient ward. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Consultant Psychiatrists, including organization of clinical meetings, audiotyping, maintenance of records, and regular liaison with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Consultant Psychiatrists, including organization of clinical meetings and audiotyping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including other healthcare providers and the Ministry of Justice
  • Attend medical meetings and consultations, taking notes as required
  • Support staff across the Secure Services team
Requirements
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
