Teaching Support Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Support Professional to join our team at Bridlington School. As a key member of our SEND team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality student support, tailored to individual needs
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commitment to supporting student progress and well-being
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary: £20,015 - £20,338 per year (Grade 4A term time pro rata) and enjoy a range of benefits, including:
