Role Overview

HCRG Staffing is delighted to partner with a new service in Hinckley, seeking a skilled Counsellor to join their team.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Counsellor to contribute to the growth and success of the service, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional support.

Key Duties
  1. To provide confidential and non-judgmental telephone support to clients, addressing a range of emotional and psychological concerns.
  2. To develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, creating personalized support plans to promote positive outcomes.
  3. To maintain accurate records of client interactions, utilizing the designated database to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  4. To participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge in areas such as CBT and trauma-informed care.
  5. To work collaboratively with colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team environment that fosters open communication and mutual respect.
  6. To meet regular performance targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
