Job Summary:

Nucor Steel South Carolina is seeking an Electrical Power Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the reliability of the plant's electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution and control systems
  • Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve electrical safety practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SVC Maintenance Experience
  • Project Management certification

Salary Information:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
