Electronics Component Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills. As an Electronics Component Specialist at McLaren Applied, you will be responsible for supporting the stores SMT kitting processes on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with the stores team to ensure accurate material held, adherence to cycle counting schedules, shipping and delivery of orders to schedule, and kitting work orders efficiently.
Main Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of material held in the store's environment.
- Adhere to the cycle counting schedule to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ship and deliver orders to schedule, ensuring timely customer delivery.
- Kitted work orders to schedule, meeting production deadlines.
- Prior experience in store operations or supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- An estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time colleagues.
