Ocean Import Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Ocean Import Clerk to join our team at First Choice Staff. This is a hybrid role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ocean shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Provide quotes and negotiate with clients to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ocean import.
- Start-to-finish experience in ocean import.
- Knowledge of Cargo Wise and experience with exports and cross-trade is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
