Job Title: Ocean Import Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Ocean Import Clerk to join our team at First Choice Staff. This is a hybrid role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ocean shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide quotes and negotiate with clients to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ocean import.
  • Start-to-finish experience in ocean import.
  • Knowledge of Cargo Wise and experience with exports and cross-trade is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
