About the Team

We are a dynamic team of professionals passionate about digital preservation and committed to delivering innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management and experience in leading collaborative planning processes, prioritising work against team capacity, and designing methods to promote open and collaborative working environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Agile frameworks and tools to support the delivery of digital preservation projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and effective project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and users, to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Maintain a strong agile culture, working iteratively to achieve effective delivery at pace

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile project management, including Scrum or Kanban methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including continuous integration and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
