We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our Family Services Team at St Wilfrid's Hospice. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our psychosocial services, ensuring they are safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior leadership and operational management to the Family Support Team, ensuring high-quality social work, spiritual support, counselling, and bereavement provision.
- Lead on user involvement and engagement to ensure hospice services are truly person-centred and tailored to the needs of our local community.
- Work in partnership with the Director of Clinical Services to identify and create opportunities to develop the Family Support Team, widening access and optimising quality of life for palliative patients and their loved ones.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Proven specialist psychosocial skills, knowledge, and evidence-based practice with direct or transferable application to palliative care.
- Experience of facilitating group activities and leading a therapeutic service.
- Experience of robust service evaluation, including the use of outcome measures.
