About the Role

We are seeking an excellent Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning your delivery route and carrying out safety checks on your vehicle.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses
  • Go the extra mile for our customers by delivering everything from birthday presents to vital business information
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve excellent customer service

About You

We are looking for a naturally friendly and proactive person who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you work with and be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.

Requirements

  • A full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B)
  • A clean licence with no more than 6 penalty points
