About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
About You

We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As a Collection and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues, and for contributing to the success of our team.

You will have a full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B) and a clean licence with no more than 6 penalty points. You will also be required to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
