About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Expert to join our team at Aviva. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with the latest technologies and wants to make a positive impact on the environment.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled developer to contribute to the success of our Aviva Zero project, a greenfield Personal Lines insurer set to revolutionize the UK market. As a Tech Expert, you will work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, and other team members to deliver high-quality customer outcomes through continuous development and delivery.

Your primary focus will be on using your technical expertise to improve development standards and practices, increasing efficiency and quality across the board. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to new technologies, solutions, and delivery approaches that align with our company's goals.

What We Offer

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 (depending on location) along with:

  • A 10% bonus opportunity based on performance
