About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our Sales Team and Group legal department to provide comprehensive legal support and advice to the management team of OI Materials Analysis. As a trusted advisor, you will handle day-to-day legal affairs, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including sales agreements, agency and distributor agreements, and collaboration and licence agreements.
- Providing guidance on contractual, regulatory, and compliance matters, including dispute resolution.
- Assisting in developing and maintaining contract management procedures.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). A strong understanding of international law and jurisdictions is essential. Excellent communication skills are also crucial as you will be working with various stakeholders, establishing relationships, and providing expert advice.
