Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our UK Specification team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, engaging with key stakeholders in the residential sector.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of the UK merchant market and be able to build strong relationships with clients. They will be responsible for managing a client base of six key specification merchants and driving sustainable sales growth across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales plan to drive growth and expansion in the South West and Central region.
  • Manage a portfolio of six key specification merchants, focusing on expanding the regional housebuilding market.
  • Nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the merchant and specification team to identify new opportunities, expand into new markets, and establish relationships with new customers.
  • Actively engage with residential sector clients, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Bonus: Potential earnings of approximately £20,000
