Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Part Time Receptionist to work with us. You will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, and visitors, providing a professional image of the business through excellent customer care.
Main Duties of the Job- To provide reception, clerical, and administration duties, ensuring an efficient and friendly service to all stakeholders.
- To liaise with staff within the Trust and external providers as required.
- To project a positive image of the business by demonstrating outstanding customer care in all interactions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, dealing with queries, and maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,615 per annum pro rata, plus benefits including free car parking, 27 days annual leave, and opportunities for training and development.
