Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of People Partners, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Oversee and guide the People Partners in establishing and embedding a strategic business partnering approach, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage subject matter expert leads, ensuring the efficient operation of their respective functions and providing guidance on best practices.
- Utilize Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and maintaining a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices, driving business outcomes and improving employee engagement.
- Partner with other People Leaders to refine the employee and service value proposition, providing effective solutions for the organization and driving business growth.
- Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- Work collaboratively across the entire People Directorate to build credibility within the organization and deliver an outstanding customer experience for all employees.
Requirements:
- MCIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Extensive senior-level generalist experience in a complex organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations with experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
- Proven leadership and management skills, emphasizing policy improvement and high-quality service delivery.
- Expertise in designing and implementing People strategies, turning them into actionable team objectives.
- Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- A competitive daily rate of £350-450.
- A hybrid working pattern, with 2 days per week in the office.
- A full-time position with a duration of 6-9 months, with possible extension.
