**About the Role**

Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of People Partnering. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of People Partners, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Oversee and guide the People Partners in establishing and embedding a strategic business partnering approach, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage subject matter expert leads, ensuring the efficient operation of their respective functions and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Utilize Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices, driving business outcomes and improving employee engagement.
  • Partner with other People Leaders to refine the employee and service value proposition, providing effective solutions for the organization and driving business growth.
  • Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Work collaboratively across the entire People Directorate to build credibility within the organization and deliver an outstanding customer experience for all employees.

Requirements:

  • MCIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Extensive senior-level generalist experience in a complex organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations with experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, emphasizing policy improvement and high-quality service delivery.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing People strategies, turning them into actionable team objectives.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £350-450.
  • A hybrid working pattern, with 2 days per week in the office.
  • A full-time position with a duration of 6-9 months, with possible extension.
