The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team in achieving ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams, with a strong focus on leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with a focus on meeting or exceeding expectations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and drive business growth.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the same industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with a keen understanding of industry trends and competitor activity.
